One thing I have never understood is when some people call a woman's natural underarm hair "unhygienic." 

Men (at least most of them) don't shave under their arms. If they shower each morning, use soap to wash up, slap on a swipe of anti-persperent or deodorant, put on a shirt and go to work, the people in the office don't turn up their noses and say, "Ewww, gross, that's so nasty."

Besides, dudes sweat more. They have stronger BO. No one suggests with snide remarks that they really have low hygiene standards. 

I wish people were more honest. I wish they'd simply admit that we've created an association of hair and gender, nothing more, nothing less. We've decided that the shaven and smooth is more feminine, and the unshaved and natural is more masculine. 

Frankly, I find that silly, insulting, and narrow minded. I think a woman's underarms can be one of her sexiest parts of her body. The little sprout of natural hair isn't masculine, but rather gentle and soft, like the hairs in her other most private parts. They sometimes have the light dew of fresh perspiration, molecules of pheromones, hinting at her erotic chemistry. Right after the shower, they smell clean with soap.
